Led by our esteemed CEO, Cathie Christmas, who brings a wealth of experience as a behavior therapist and clinical director in the field of autism, we are committed to delivering evidence-based therapies and personalized care to empower individuals on their unique journey towards growth and independence.

Catherine Christmas, M.Ed., BCBA

Founder & Executive Director

Having served as a Clinical Director at an autism center near Denver, CO, Cathie led programs focused on early intervention, after-school therapy, social skills groups, and parent training. Prior to that, as a Behavior Therapist, she worked in various settings, including public schools, center-based programs, and client homes, gaining valuable experience in implementing effective behavioral interventions.

Cathie holds a Masters in Education with a focus on curriculum and instruction from Concordia University, Portland, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Speech, Language & Audiology from the University of Nevada, Reno. In addition, she holds a Behavioral Analysis Certification from the Florida Institute of Technology.

With Cathie's expertise in applied behavior analysis, deep understanding of speech pathology, and extensive experience in autism intervention, she is dedicated to creating inclusive environments and transforming the lives of individuals with autism.

Lisa Miller, BCBA

Clinical Supervisor

Following an undergraduate degree in Biology with a Pre-Medical concentration from James Madison University, Lisa began teaching at an outdoor science school in California. After relocating to Colorado, she served as an assistant teacher in a local charter school, then began an internship with the Joshua School. After completing her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, Lisa obtained her BCBA credential in 2014. 

 

She has spent the past 6 years providing ABA services in home and community settings for individuals of all ages and diagnoses.  Lisa is especially passionate about language expansion and supporting quality sibling and peer interactions.
